To me, as a normal viewer, it's just another snapshot of any old road. Not interesting at all.
But it does showcase what your new cam can do. Hope to see more high qualilty shots soon.

It's called motion blur on the basis of a delayed shutter speed. The picture here as reno77 explains was taken at 1/3 of a second. It's just letting more light in, so it captures the motion.

Reno, this picture seems a bit typical. Had you focused your shot on the cafe/food place across the street, I think it would classify as a street photo rather than a motion blur/commonplace roadside photo.

And wow, you DO have steady hands! That's a gift!
