    Default What does 1:1 mean in this specification?

    Why don't the manufacturers name their lens like what Tokina does, give every lens a
    model name, like 242, Bigma, etc?

    What does life size magnificatin mean? I thought the
    size of an image is determined by the printing & display devices.

    means a 1 cts coin will be exactly the same size on the film/sensor..
