    Default only way?

The cyclist n their bicycle are getting out of control! Anyhow park and dump, cycle on pavement when the cycle path next to it etc.

Only way, every repair cost for future bicycle cost at min 1k and part are so expensive, that hardly most don't bother to pay. Then cost of bicycle is at 5k each, see who dares to park like no tmrw.

Just like vehicles, need to up the price liao. Bicycle no road tax, parking etc, that's why no control. I also wondering, is it illegal to cut the lock when the bicycle is park at non designated area? Since it's like your shoe outside your house also can be stolen, bicycle at outside, hmm....
    Only Sony device mostly, haha!

You're ranting. What happened? Got your foot run over by an inconsiderate cyclist?

'Only way' to do what? Control bike population. Apart from the hobbyists (who can and do afford 5 - 10K bikes), there are many in the lower income group (if you're in this forum, you are NOT in that group) who use bicycles as daily transportation, to get to and from work. That a good way to screw them over, and hardly the only way to improve the situation.

About cutting the locks -- you might want to inquire at your neighbourhood police post. You may be put on the suspect list for stolen bikes

Yes you can do that as long as no one watches you.

Nothing is illegal as long as you don't get caught.

But we don't see bicycles that cost few thousands locked on the street just like that. If you says they use for transportation, why those bicycles near mrt still so many after office hours? Really need a solution to stop such inconsiderate acts, else everywhere is a dump for unwanted bicycle.
