Newbie macro shot using d50 reversed - F:8 and shutter speed 500
Dear all,
Please comment on my first attempt. Besides that the diamond ring i bought for my wife is a bit small and has got lot of scratches, pls provide some techinical comments. Thanks!   |

It look ok to me, though I think you can play around with lighting to create more impact. This is definately not an easy subject. Do experiment more and share with us

try beaming a concentrated spot of light from the top or use laser pointer also can |
