Default D70s or D50?

i am thinking of a D70s but a quick check on the specs of D50 seems to be better?
eg
3D color matrix metering II
420 segment RGB sensor (2nd gen)
larger eyecup

on the other hand
slower min shutter speed
less fps
and some others

If I were you, I would go for D70s.
Trust me, overall, D70s would be better.
I swear on Espn's head.
