    chey
hey i very confuse .. what is KY?
Tonight i have oats meal as dinner very full now weight 65kg

Ok, I found the explanation for KY:

    KY Jelly lubricant
KY Jelly is recognized by doctors as the #1 recommended brand of personal lubricant. Gentle and safe, water-based, non-greasy.

Normally, it is used frequently by older generations or people with special needs. I hope this explain liao. If not, you go pharmacists and ask lor.

Ya, my weight exactly at 75kgs before dinner ..took all my clothes off during bath time and weighted 1.
I ate sardine with lime/soya sauce chilli. two bowls of rice and drank one glass of orange mango juice.

Why eat so little for breakfast? Breakfast is the energy of the day. Eat fishball noodle, fried butterfly, roti prata with egg, coffee si with 2 half boil egg.
But i usually don't eat lunch so alway stock up on breakfast.
