Good Morning,Last night, i have vegi, fish and peanut soup as dinner .. no rice.
Why u always 2 bowls of rice ah.. rice bucket... stop that rice u will drop weight after drop weight then eat rice again.. did u eat ur dinner before 7pm?

my rice bowl is not that big lah. I normally eat around 7pm. Maybe I should start pushing for 10km mark I dun think the walking is bad...but the on the treadmill is boring lor. Lucky got TV to watch
