Dunno, I prefer to walk...kind of relax.

Kekeke, found myself a 'treasure' from my walk in the local Op Shop....a large format 340pages cookbook "The Australian Heritage Cookbook". All the ang moh traditional country style cooking

    For only $3

The walk took about an hour back and forth....but no sweat

Now need to walk another 5.5km on treadmill.

Dunno, but mum said I got more quality cookbooks than Popular

The worst is I am stuck with 76-77kgs. Weight is steady.....
And my appetite for food is bigger......Soulaki, Vietnamese porkchop broken rice, even hungry jack burger tempt me.....
Caramel cremes, lemon or marble cheesecake.....

    benign,
guess you have to go more 'extreme' if you want to lose more weight. else your weight would go down anymore.. stagnant if i must say. i'm learning to cook nasi lemak as my hubby loves it

me ate sweet & sour salmon rice set lunch (Hans..) feel so bloated. drank orange juice & having tea now. i feel like a 'water pail' hmm.. talk about sinful food, i would like to have some cheese macaroni now
