caught this fellow just before the sunset ... huge spider it is, almost going to jump onto my lens when i was focussing

not really, has more golden and chrome green colours, some 4cm to 5cm from tip of front leg to back leg. wanted to do a side view but it turned around and gave the defensive stance

could be the same, but this one looks furious, the body has some green, white and black patches, and underside is golden ...

here's a 100% crop (rotated 180 degree) to show it's colours, not enough DOF to see the details of the rest of the body though ... quite a fierce spider

i hate this spider, not small, and the web bloody sticky, when i was young, i go catch spider, accidently my face hit the web, need to pull out with a bit of strength.

Angry, i throw stick, but the stick stuck on the web, so i throw stone, and finally bring him/her down.
