Any Makeup Artist(s) to recommend?

We are looking for freelance makeup artist(s) for a fashion show on the 16th of August and also for a shoot which will be before the fashion show on a separate day. There are a total of 20 finalists to be applied makeup on.

We’re looking at quotations at hourly rates. Best if she can do hairstyling too.

Please contact me if you have makeup artist(s) available. We will need their portfolios to help us into considering the appointment.

I think they needs minimum 10 MUA, else the 1 who is going to do 20 models sure peng-san ..

latest updates...we won't be needing a MUA on the actual day of the fashion show anymore.

We still need a MUA for the shoots which will be done for publicity purposes. My management is looking at a crazy figure of $60 for the whole shoot...seriously crazy...at this point of time, those MUAs who messaged me may want to respond to this deal again...to back out or if you wanna just do it for your portfolio sake and just swallow the $60, fine with me here...just feeling the unworth..in a way la..if you're the experienced sort..

As for photographers right, be warned that the fashion show will take place on the 16th Aug at 12pm approximated time. Date's confirmed though. Working peops, for your consideration hor! keke...

Dun PM me for the moment. If my management need you guys to come down and shoot, or they allow, I will start a list here. cool?

My equipment very basic.
D70, Sigma 70-300, Tamron 25-75, Sb600
This should be good enough if you lets us go up close to the fashion show.

Hi all, the shoot on last Saturday concluded pretty well and I will be posting up my shots in the Poses and Portraits thread of the students shot...heh...

I wanna thank those who responded to my calling of MUAs..no MUAs agreed to the shitty job but it was expected..heh..

Another thing is that the management from my school doesn't allow external photographers to come down and shoot along the runway of the fashion show as they would like to keep the event as internal as possible. I've tried to convince them how nice it would be to have photographers of really good equipment to shoot along the runway and that it'll make the show more realistic rather than our school's stupid and lousy photographic society members to shoot. They'll look so lost and stupid base on their experience lor.

Nonetheless, thanks to those of you who have shown interests.

I'll keep you guys updated of future events.
