Poor man telephoto lense, for FM2
Hello guys,
Want to get a poor man telephoto lense.. for my FM2. I read about Sigma 70-300 APO Macro Super II, which is quite good. How about Nikkon 70-300 ED lense? how much is a new one and second hand one? Is there a Sigma 400/5.6 APO Macro, it is a prime lense right? i wonder how much is it. Will that prime lense gives a better results? Any good suggestions? Thank you for reading.. |

I remember getting the Nikon 70-300 with my friend from The Camera Workshop for $650. But that was about 2 years back.

Is this sigma 70-300 photo quality matches nikkor lense? mm..$650 is far more expensive than sigma second hand one.

I would go for a secondhand Nikon 80-200 f/2.8 AF(D?) one-touch version...should be around $700. Alternatively the even older Nikkor 80-200 f/4.5 AI (S?) would be a great choice also, since you are using it on a manual camera.
