think its rated at ~60x...for shooting on JPEG shd be fine for those using D70/350D i think. but u will notice significant diff if u have been used to lexar's 80x

Ultra II is 60x (9MB/s) write & 66x (10MB/s) write, based of 1x is 150Kb/s - the link you referred only mentioned 45x, not too sure if 150Kb/s is an industral benchmark or if Sandisk & Kingston both uses the same base?
