    If i am canon user, i will get 20D, 17-40mm, 70-200mm, 100mm marco..whooooo

    That would really depend on what you intend to do with the images, if you intend to use for work etc, professional usage, get a TS.

    If you're using it for personal consumption like keepsakes, travel, yes the 17-40L is sufficient.

    If you're thinking of doing perspective distortion correction after using non-TS glass, forget it.

    I love distortions, especially when you use it on events.
    Gives you some really good effects.
