mind sharing how you created that effects? me very curious... on a sidenote... I tried shooting a roll of expired Slides to see how it will turn out... heheheh results is indentical to this....

Those were done with the Cokin P007 IR filter and post processed to get the effects.

Good that you can get those effects with expired slides then you're saving money if you want to shoot IR.

Good composition for your first shot. I like it. interestingly the fountain line of path draw the attention to the merlion. Well done


2nd shot, I find the subject too dead center. maybe just croping it a little off center.

Hey Jon, thanks for comments and tips.

I do have a couple of other shots of #2 which were shot with the merlion off center. Didn't look good to me, as off center of the merlion will have a lot of foliage thus making the whole scene messy.
