Default Battery for Canon RC-1 Remote

Can anyone advise me the the battery type for Canon RC-1 remote?
I lost the manual and battery, so unable to tell. Thanks!

Hmmm, IIRC its those standard button kinds, LR-somethingsomething. Just unscrew it and you'll be able to see no?

nOd, thanks for your reply.
But the problem is since I am not using the remote for long time, I took out the battery and lost it, so I lost the number for the button battery.

Just bring the remote to any watch battery changing kiosks and they can help you replace the battery...

what i have in mine is a M2O2 li button cell 3 volts CR1220
