Another pair of buddies found in the waters of Pulau Salu... what I had initially thought to be a piece of rag waving in the water.. turned out to be otherwise ..

when i realised it was a sea hare, boy was i elated! and i thought it was only one, when i realised there was another pair of rhinophores sticking out on its back....

my best find of the trip!!~

and i just have to let you know the size of it.. to some, it may be not that big.. yes we saw a much larger one in Lembeh, but you dun often get to see sea hares THIS size!!! and they usually come out at night..hohohoho...

note: my hand was nearer to the camera than the seahare...

species should be aplysia geographica or sommmething like that... but not confirmed yet ... gotta ask the experts...or maybe Aplysia dactylomela....

Nice find for both sets. Vis doesn't look that bad on your photos although I know it was really lousy. Now I can see that there are really 2 sea hares. And quite big too.

List of things to see in Singapore water just got longer for me. So when is the next trip?

the cuttlefish buddies are found by siaoon ... quite cooperating cuttlefishes, didnt move very much away from us... in the first photo, the one backfacing me was feeding.. one feed, one jaga, ohohoho...

a lot of backscatter on the photos.. i have at least two with nothign but backscatter too far away from the seahares.. the condition too poor to get both in full frame...

next trip ah ... next month lo ... hee..
