    Default Marina Bay Sands Skypark

Hi, understand that the professional tripod is forbidden on the skypark! But however have seen some amateurs took photos from here with long exposure.

Was wondering what type of tripods can we actually bring up? If we carry a small foldable travel tripod, will we be allowed to set up at the deck for photo taking of scenery?

Any experience to share? Or any tips to "advance" through these obstacles!
    Just keep shooting

I think they are using the super clamp or gorilla pod.

Most of them use clamp. I was a TK photo another day when this guy got clamp. When I asked h why he is buying a clamp and what is it for. He said he is going to shoot at marina bay sands. :3

Saw one joker use tripod. Hope such people won't spoil the party for others.

Saw many tourists use tripods openly. Nobody stopped them.

Maybe the trick is to look like a tourist

That's true. There were quite a few instances where I got away with it because the missus was with me. She don't look local so people assumed I am a tourist too.

Tourists always win lah. Even when approached by security, just "act blur and live longer"!
