Just thought of sharing this pix of people at the Botanics Gardens.
Picture taken with a Canon G1, last wednesday. Cam was handheld and not Photoshopped. ![]() Hope you all like it. Cheers |

it doesn't do anything for me.
I don't know what is this picture all about. the people are too small and basically it looks more like those snap shots with a camera phone. |

Another step you should not omit with your G1 is to carry out a custom white balance with the R72 on to help eliminate the bulk of the red colour cast in your IR pics. This would help you greatly in subsequent post-processing work. Keeping taking more IR pics. Practice makes perfect. ![]()

Like tomcat said, preset your white balance with the filter.
Then do some post processing to get the foliage white. This is generally the effect of IR. Everybody has to start somewhere, keep shooting and post. Ask and the guys here will help you along. |
