Wonderful shot of the yello goby, using a single strobe placed on top?

thanks everyone!

Sunfish: yup, was using the woody's diopter for all my macro shots. quite good magnification with it.

waisj: yes single strobe placed centre at abt 45deg down.

love the yellow goby shot... besides nice exposure, this in my opinion is not an easy subject... good moment!

thanks beivied. =) actually dunno why this image on cs alittle dull. the one i printed out has much nicer colours.

oh yeah, just a little insider, gobies are actually very easy to photograph coz they dun move that much. the only trick is to get as close to their comfort zone as possible, and they'll happily pose for you =P.
