Missing post/s in faqs and feedback

this morning, i posted two (almost similiar) replies in this sub-forum. but, they disappeared. first one which i thought i did not click on 'submit'. hence the second one which i made sure i clicked on and saw that the reply was indeed registered. about 10 minutes later, it disappeared again. technical problem or something else?

at about the same time, my post in kopitiam did not suffer from the same fate.

Anyway I have already experienced this and given my feedback although I do not expect any action as it was inconsequential to me

I saw your post in the kopitiam thread. I was wondering what happened to it too.

perhaps, this add info may be helpful. it was under 'do not close down kopitiam' thread and immediately after jason ho's reply.
