Default Adverts in CS.

My two cents on the T&Cs.

4. Advertisement placement locations will be dependent on the selected/requested plan. Where advertisements from different advertisers are on the same plan, placement locations will be at our discretion.
5. Advertisements are limited to a maximum of 5 Small Buttons OR 3 Small Buttons / 1 Large Button OR 1 Small Button / 2 Large Buttons - advertising space will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability of space.
6. Terms and Conditions are subject to regular review and change without prior notification.
Could be better explain the T&Cs, these things must also be written such that the other party interests are covered as well, this is my view.

1. Explain what are likely to be rejected.
2. If payments were made and advertisements failed to start due to some technical unforeseen reasons, how will CS compensate advertiser?
3. If members were to post showing competitor products, advertiser must be able to remove that shouldn't they?
4. I think should be mutually agreed otherwise placement can be set in one corner right at the bottom not prominent enough.

That is what I can think of as my input to better fine-tune this, it is commendable of CS to stay self-sufficient, I applaud your efforts .

Please don't take my comments negatively.

This thread should go into the feedback/suggestions corner.

Inappropriate advertising for a start. We will likely limit to photographic products and services for now, and reject those not related.

In the event that this happens, we will a) reimburse the advertiser in full OR b) extend the run-date.

If you are referring to post/thread-crashing by competitors, the advertiser can submit request to Moderator to remove postings. This is done to improve transparency. We will re-look into this if needed.

For now, we are only placing ads in the top half of the page. The placement only refers to the horizontal layout of the buttons within the frame.
