In answer to one of the queries posted via pm, the screws for the Z-type brackets are reversible.

SNAG - U type (x1) 2 more irritating questions from me.. 1) I presume that the hotshoe mount for the U type can be adjusted, as I realise from the product shot that it's in the wrong orientation.. 2) What's the height of the U bracket? From the looks of it, not sure if it can accomodate a big SLR like the Nikon F5 or Canon 1D. |

Update from the supplier.
With regards to the enquiry about the height of the C-type: It can accomodate a height of 6.5 inch. Picture of disassembled C-type ![]() |

[quote=Del_CtrlnoAlt]hptay,
do you think they have a hotshoe adapter that can accept the Minolta flash mount? i dun mind getting 1 of that... ....QUOTE] Looking at the disassembled C-type, it is likely that for all the brackets, the flash shoe can be unscrewed. In that case, you can get the dedicated off camera cord for your camera and use that to mount onto the bracket (since the flash shoes of most off caerma cords should have a tapped hole for mounting a 1/4' screw.) ... |
