Hey, I'm no expert but if there's one thing that bugs me about the photo, is the fact that could be more contrast between the subject and the background... the screamer seems to be blending in.

otherwise, i love the fact that this photo could be accompanied by James Brown's " I FEEL GOOD"

thanks. My sentiments exactly about the background. Would you have any idea what i can do to make the subject stand out from the background?

Why not go for a tight crop... the background adds nothing to the pic. The key is the expression of the monkey!
