i think technically you have achieved the effect. however i'll like to know why you want to give this picture the old look? is this an experimental? is this for practice? is this for fun? or is there a compelling reason that justify the use of this effect for your picture?

Thx for the comment eikin.
The boats look pretty old. And I saw some old photos of the rivers and boats around boat quay, etc. Just thought the setting suits just that.

for a old look your image is too sharp. a slight blur might do the trick
