Anyone familiar with Airtight SimpleViewer?

Hi to all!

I have download the SimpleViewer 1.7 and created a photo gallery. I have edited the ImageData.xml file, created the thumbnails and resizing all my photos and put them in the appropriate folders..
It runs fine on my PC on the browser but the problem surface after I ftp it to my site.

It will only display the default image 115-1503_IMG.jpg ( a sample image that comes with the simpleviewer) and not my photos...

I have tried clearing cache but of no effect...

Anyone can advise where I've gone wrong?
