DOF a little shallow at f1.8 .... could be the reason why some of your subjects are not totally in focus. Try a smaller aperture like f3.5 or f4.0 .... can keep subject in complete focus and yet still blur the background. $0.02 comment.

All taken without flash?

f1.8 does not do magic indoor...use flash if u need to. Use f2.8 if u need more dof for the model face's feature

Thanks for your comment, all photo are taken with flash and cover with mini softbox onit, and there's no direct flash on the model face's, so you look soft on the photo?
