    Talking How to sell photos

    Just curious...

I am totally a newbie in this stuff, so hope pros or anyone who has experience can enlighten me. I think selling photos for an amateur is more of an achievement and satisfaction rather than earning more money, at least at the beginning stage. I am interested to learn what formats are acceptable, which organization should be contacted, and the rate for amateur level charging. And more, how to become a freelance sponsored photographer if there is such a thing.

    Again, just curious...

thx a million for any kinds of inputs

I know this guy who sells medium format pictures for 1K. He has been taking photos for about 12 years. He's a serious amateur not pro, works in IT line. He said that clients prefer medium format output as it can blow up to bigger sizes.

    Eh?

And anyone who sells their pics is not an amateur any longer. He might not be a full time pro but he is certainly at least a semi-pro.
