Pat Schoolhouse Charity Carnival 2005

This year, Pat's Schoolhouse proudly presents "Happily Ever After", a Family Day Carnival 2005 happening at Arena Country Club in celebration of 200 years of Hans Christian Andersen bringing well-loved stories to children.

The carnival not only celebrates the 200th year of Hans Christian Andersen but also raises fund for the StraitsTimes School Pocket Money Fund.

This carnival runs solely on sponsorships provided. All proceeds goes to the SPMF.

I'm honoured that this year I was approached by Pat Schoolhouse to help cover the event and also to liase with

to provide sponsorship for equipment and printing equipment.

And Epson Singapore sponsored:

1000 4R Premium Glossy Paper
2 RX630 All-in-1 printer
Consumables (ink) for 1000 prints

The equipment from Nikon was used to take images, transfer immediately to the printing station(s) and put up for sale immediately. Proceeds from the prints will go to the SPMF. It was a tough thing, configuring the network and getting the shots printed and selling it.

I was not alone, I shared this event with a few Nikon User Forum members and they offered help graciously with no wants of reimbursements of any form. They gave up their saturday to participate in this charity event.
