PLUG #4 - Event Coverage Shoots and Gathering

Since not much response on Sentosa, let me organise this instead!

This PLUG #4 shall be different!
We shall cover an event in the morning and continue with PLUG gathering after lunch.

This is a great opportunity to practice your panning shots!
Singapore Triathlon 2005

Date: 2 July 2005
Venue: See schedule below.
Time: PLUG may join at the following time depending on the activity PLUG wants. Please indicate activity or time joining, next to nick so we could lookout for you.

Schedule as follow (Some meeting point to be confirmed):
6:30am : Sunrise Shoots at Bedok Jetty
7:30am: OSIM Triathlon Shoots at Singapore East Coast Park CarPark E2.
12:00pm: Lunch + PLUG Gathering at MacDonald East Coast Park
3:00pm: Candid Shoots at ECP

After the event coverage, we shall proceed to MacDonald East Coast Park for lunch and gathering cum discussion.
Subject to individual, we shall continue with candid shoots at the ECP or any location, after the gathering.

How to get there:
Getting There

By Shuttle Service
Shuttle services are available at every 30 minutes interval at $1.00 per trip.

Pick-Up Point : Bedok MRT (Taxi Stand)
Drop-Off Point: East Coast Food Village (Bus-Stop) Near to Carpark E2

Saturday, 2 July: 0630hrs to 1430hrs

By Taxi
The nearest drop-off point is the East Coast Lagoon Food Centre, which is accessible via Laguna Flyover, Marine Parade Flyover, Fort Road and East Coast Park Expressway heading towards Marine Parade and City (Exit 10B).

By Car
All Car Parks along East Coast Service Road from B1 (near Tanjong Rhu Flyover) to E1 (near East Coast Seafood Centre) are opened to the public. Car Park F3 is also opened to public. Car Park E1 is nearest to the race site.

*Please take note when East Coast Service Road is closed, access to Car park F3 is only via East Coast Parkway Expressway heading towards the city (Exit 10B).

The shutter service at Bedok MRT taxi stand only star at 6.30am?
Like that if take shutter bus cannot make it for sunrise liao..

Another option is to take the bus service 196, 31, or 197. Alight at Laguna/Bayshore and walk in. Just cross the ECP tunnel.

I will be taking service 16 to Laguna terminal, then walk in.

Where are all the regular lumixers gone too....

Seems most are pretty occupied this weekend. Not only the event shoots, they are not attending PLUG too!

I will close this thread.

If timing is too early for you, try catching the event which starts at 7:30am till about noon. So if you wanna join me, just call me. PM my number to you.

PLUG is on our own now.
