Setup Photo e-Mall here?

Hi,

just a tot came to my mind just now. Since there are so many photo enthusiasts shooting excellent photos everyday, is there a possibility of setting up a e-mall here where specially registered members can post their best photos for sale online? like that we can earn some cash at the same time.

Right now, all photo forums in SG don have this feature. just free sharing and discussions. why not start one here or somewhere? Why I say this out and not do it myself is because too much effort and time is need to setup and maintain such a site myself. So, I rather someone setup then pay some subscription fee monthly to be a seller.

Or the photo market in SG is simply not there? people rather go photo lab to process and print? Or everyone's skills are so excellent that no one need to buy from other people, just take yourself easier....

Yah. can sell as computer wallpaper or real prints.

Actually not just purely photos, sellers can provide services like photoshop editing, creative designing, items like calendar making, etc.... they can also advertise their photographic services like wedding photography, food, whatever, make it a one-stop station for all photo services.....

Am i too ambitious or idealistic?

Actually, might not work too.

First, too many sellers here. buyers will become overwhelmed with photos to choose from. Then become sian since cannot find which is best.

next, sellers can compete easily by looking at other sellers photo and then go and take the same photo and sell. in the end, the place will have the same shots from many sellers...
