i hav just borrowed my friend's FX7 and he is currently out of town. i would want to know if i could off the red light tat would come on for a while before i take the picture. and what is the price of this camera in the market now? tks

not sure about the fx7 but on the fz5 , it can be turned off.
however, the red light is used by the camera in low light condition to illuminate the target to better gauge the correct exposure setting. so turning it off will probably mean your images may risk being under or over exposed, etc. |
