    heres the before after
    essentially two shots, one overexposed and one underexposed (0 and +1 exposure)
    then, in PS, use the gradient function to separate into the portions you want
    finally some colour and contrast adjustments till happy

    Thanks Shiosaki for the detail PS process, actually I am referring to the camera settings for the water
    How many seconds was your exposure for it?
