Boeing as the manufacturer, should be thoroughly grilled first for answers.
See what is happening to the A380. Continuous series of incidences.
If this article shows something then only that he is clearly one among many coconuts.

    True.
I've been holding D90 for like 4 years now, and none of my photos I deemed fit for sharing in CS.
I should write a formal protest to Michio Kariya besides requesting CASE to grill them.

    ...
    ...

So, do I get my coconut certification?

Yes, you are now a certified coconut.

Not every CSer is photographer apparently, may be another scenario will help to explain. If you drive a Honda motobike with a sexy girl hugging behind you heading towards a bush, and decided to off the light early so that no one sees where you go. But just after you off the light your wheel runs over a coconut and all fall. you could grill Honda-motor or even LTA...but never grill yourself and the road cleaners...

You missed out Nparks. They should have used the Brompton bike funds to reinforce all coconuts stem, preventing them to fall and become potential road hazard.

The coconut certification does have -1x10^10 INT attribute to the bearer..

The morale of the story is:

"Wait until you can afford a car to bring a girl to the bush."

Are we still at critical juncture or not?

We should knock and shake this coconut to see. At this age, it should sound quite wooden and hollow. Maybe some kuku bird will come out and complain about the noise.

New phase announced this morning at a press conference by Australian Prime Minister, Anthony John "Tony" Abbott.

Surface visual searches to be scaled back, leading ultimately to a termination of all operational aerial sorties, underwater searches to be expanded with commercial contractors (possibly those industry leaders specialising in deep-sea hydrocarbon exploration and geological underwater surveying) taking the lead.

If Malaysia have to pay big dollars to a contractor on a per day basis, this phase will be over very soon too.

Now I understand why Malaysia says the search was at a critical juncture, the "free" phase is reaching an end soon. Soon they will be sending out coconut drones to search from all the Malaysian beaches.

No more using military planes and ships. (where OZ may feel bad about charging MLY for their use)

    expanded with commercial contractors
This is beancounter-speak that MLY has to pay the commercial contractors.

Maybe after MLY receives the first AUD$XX million bill after one month, it will rethink.

Wonder if MLY will sue Inmarsat for $XXYYZZ millions spent searching in south Indian Ocean; if it is eventually revealed that the plane is somewhere north of the Equator.

Can afford a car already still looking for bush?

Oh, you meant the ex-president of some country far away?

Searchers dispute company's claim that it may have found aircraft wreckage

Missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370: Australian exploration company claims wreckage of stricken jet could be in Bay of Bengal

According to TV news on Channel 5 at 9.30pm on 29 Apr 14, this company had informed the search committee/authorities long before the pings ended.

The company's director, David Pope, said he did not want to go public with the information at first, but his information was disregarded.
"We're a large group of scientists, and we were being ignored, and we thought we had a moral obligation to get our findings to the authorities," he told CNN's "New Day" on Tuesday.

    http://news.asiaone.com/news/world/m...ay-not-be-easy

CNN yesterday quoted aviation attorney Daniel Rose, a partner at the Kreindler and Kreindler firm as saying that American lawyers would, however, face difficulties in filing the suit as no wreckage of the aircraft had been found.

"If we don't have the black box with all the critical information on it or we don't have any part of the wreckage, it would be very hard to maintain a claim against Boeing in any court in the United States."

Doubt they can sue anyone except themselves.

Inmarsat 'only contributed information' in 370 search

Malaysia Airlines is telling relatives of passengers on Flight 370 they should move out of hotels and return home to wait for news on the search for the plane.
