    Default MS wireless optical mouse-dead

    Wat is the likely problem if a optical wireless mouse stop moving. Already change to fresh battery and the red light is also on

    if receiver is using USB, try changing to another connector port.

    The KB is working...so unlikely to be the receiver end that is having problem. I even swtich the PS2 adapter to the USB port for the mouse connection...still no joy :{

    I ever sent my sister's copy in and got a replacement. No receipts needed.

    And coincidentally, their support & office was just 1 floor below mine

    I just bought a RF logitech mouse yesterday, fun. Hahah.. maybe will do wireless for my home system too.

    The ms support place was at tampines behind ITE about 10mins walk at aspOnline building. 3rd Level. They wanted me to go to Suntec to collect my replacement set, I argued that the collection can be made over at the tampines side they brought it over for me. hee.
