Default From Fort Canning +[pic]

Hi guys,

Here's my take on Fort Canning. Do throw me some critiques please!!
All taken with FZ20 at ISO200. Hence a little grainy.

My view of Fort Canning:

A blissful romance:

The luncheon:

Except for the last one where the shaded portion of my copyright has blocked part of the words, Whaddya think??

Man, you've got to play with your cam more... :P

1st pic: You could've used iso100. It'll be nicer. Otherwise I think it's nice. A tad underexposed though.

2nd pic: Major Overexposed. You can try spot metering and meter their faces instead.

3rd pic: Same thing. Overexposed on the right. I'd spot meter on the left side instead.

Hope these help.

Hi nat,
Thanks for the comments! I agree on the ISO100 setting. Guess I was lazy to change the settings after coming out from ROM.

As for the overexposure... that was intentional! hahaha! It looked charming to me!

Agreed especially for indoor for portrait shots is one of the most hate affair for the fz...too near the flash will white wash all the detail..too far the pic not properly exposed appear as noisy
If yr fz20 allow u to control the intensity of the flash..use it
as it made a lot of difference and yes watch out for the distance

Hi eow!

Thanks for that tip! Yeah you're right on the flash and distance thing. That's why i used ISO200 indoors coz for ISO100, it's like walking on a tight-rope for the distance and white-washing the photos.

Oh and btw, the 2 and 3rd pics were added with Diffuse glow in PSE and a tad too high on the levels.... but i wanted to give that dreamy efect.haha!

For the 2nd photos, it looks flat even if the overexposed was intentional....

try to put the curve on ur PS first before puting in ur dreamy feel

just my 2cents...
