Thats really something for #3, where is the exact location anyway?

I went to the Punggol Road End four days before, and there was nothing but a patrol station. I am on holiday right now, really wish to explore Singapore before school reopens.

Quackk, Slivester, Thanks for the comments!

Location #3 don't know the road name... but is a short walk from the end of a road that is under construction... This is quite near to the Punggol Marina as I can see the boats from there...

Anyone out there able to give a better direction?

Ah, heard about Sungei Punggol, one of the few remaining mangrove sites in Singapore.
