Which cafe in Singapore to recommend?

It's actually a bit one kind. It's whipped cream and a cherry on a dinosaur. Al hazar or al ameen should have it as well as most other more respectable roadside makan places. Best!

A double shot expresso is simply twice the amount of a single shot expresso.

A Ristretto is twice as saturated as expresso.
In other words, you use the same amount of coffee grind as a single shot expresso but half the amount of water..

normally a single shot is 30ml. So if you drink Ristretto, u get 15ml..thats like 3 tablespoons!!! isn't that going to be very bitter?

When I make coffee at home, it's usually 4x as saturated as an expresso.. Even then, it only keeps me awake for about 15min - 30min. After which, the caffeine really kicks in and I fall asleep..

Most real kopitiam coffee's are okay.. Some places do serve murky water though..
Places like fast food retaurants serve well... I don't know.. Some kinda brownish water that they'd like you to think is coffee...
Just like how Super brand likes you to believe that "Coffeemix" is actually the same thing as instant coffee when it's not..
