    Unhappy always check your tix!

Wanted two tickets for a theatre performance at the Esplanade.
Wrote down the name of the show, the date, the venue, the time.
Handed slip of paper to the girl at Sistic [Tampines].
She gave me the tickets, I paid the $$.

Came home, checked the tickets --> WRONG show!!!!! =(
    Same day, same venue

*sigh* of course, they don't entertain refunds & push all
the blame on the customer #@!`&!"!!

anyone interested in 2 tickets [discounted, for students]

You should complain to ST and give them bad press. Its their mistake. Not yours. I recently bought too many tickets for a show on the net. And on the webpage they said that tickets are non-refundable. So I called up the credit company and they said to talk to the cinema management. So I did. And I got them to credit back to my card company.

I personally think its not good for business if you make a customer unhappy especially when the customer has the power to embarass the company.

    So much being said..........

Isn't it an almost natural instinct to check the tickets once handed over to you on the spot?? I know I would.

I did look at the tickets, but as it was the correct venue, correct time, and correct date I thought everything should be in order

afterall, I had handed her the slip of paper with the title of show on it, HOW could she get it wrong?!

    incompetent staff!

So you checked the venue, time and date but didn't look at the name of the show. Isn't that amazing?

Heh!! No lah. Actually, I'm lost for words when it was mentioned that everything was checked except the name of the show.

I'm just curious. What made you stop short of checking the name?
