Default D70S good for infrared?

Hi Bros,

Really keen to go into infrared photography. Have the D70s but dun know if it is suitable. Wanna check with you guys before I commit in a 77mm R72 filter. Pls advise. Many thanks.

The D70 is good for IR, so I think the D70s should be just as good. If you would like to try, join us this Sunday. You can use my R72 to test out before you buy. But my R72 is 67mm, I have a Cokin P007 mod to 77mm round filter. You can try either of them.
