It's more of a bloatware (47.7 MB !?)
Raw Shooter Essential is much much better and it's free too.

I agree with c_jit, you might also want to try faststone viewer which only 2,595K.

faststone viewer didn't say it supports RAW.

It also install .NET in your computer, that's why so big.

Anyway, this not just allow you to view Nikon raw, but also canon raw.

.NET which is unneccessary and not required at all for the convertion task.

It did support and they have included in in version 1.8, scroll down to see the update history.

New Updates in version 1.8 (Mar 02,2005)

* Support Digital Camera Raw File, Currently *.CRW and *.NEF;
* Support emailing images within the viewer;
* Add Fade In/Out to Slideshows;
* Fix bugs.
