    bcos after I ran, I loss 1.5kg, so must drink more haha...
    when I'm not running, I drank 1L only.

    What is there to maintain?!! That word is not possible during this season.
    I am more or less eating 2 dinners and/or 2 lunches a day!! Dinner at 5pm with one family, and at 7pm with another family or Lunch at 11:30 with one group of friends and 2pm with another group. And these don't include all the biscuits, soft drinks, mandarin oranges and blah blah blah.

    At the rate I am going, the only job that I can apply would be Santa's replacement based on how much I am starting to look like him.

    The only people I know that does that is those that are preparing to go mountain climbing/hiking (or to win marathons)? Are you going to conquer any mountains?

    haha... not at all, just for exercise only. I start my running since 2008, climb stairs not too long ago, since 2012, maybe will try swissotel vertical marathon one day...
