    It is sad that the last Nikon DSLR using CCD sensor is D3000, which is already discontinued.

    I hope in the future Nikon is going to produce its own DSLR or mirrorless sensor with CCD for better color production.

    I don't know, but all the pictures are rich and colorful.

    You may try to shoot in RAW file and boost the image saturation using Nikon View NX2 to get rich color images.
    View NX2 is a free software which come together your camera body (you also can download for free).
