nah.... the police ignored me completely, they were more interested in searching what's underneath the guy's seat in the motorbike. eventually they let him go. think it must be the spillover effect of heightened security from last year's athens olympics.

as far as i could tell, only he was checked. not sure if it was a random check or if they were acting on a tip-off.
