ANyone interested to get a Brand New Grey Set (With 1 yr Shop Warranty) of 1D MKII or 20D 2gether and hope we can get some discounts or freebies?

Need to chk how many ppl interested b4 chking with TCW for the quote. If anyone has better ideas do feel free to share..

Hi ... I am interested in 1Ds Mark II if the grey set price is really good.
But, need to get it before June 9th, otherwise will get it from other shops, like CP, MS or Alan.

Go for reliable store with local canon warranty.

Incase the good belong to underground, you might getting yourself in some legal tussle when you send in for service at Canon.

You can get a brand new 1D mk II at around S$5,000++ in US. Ask any of friends / relatives who is going to US for tour, etc to buy for you. Better still if you have any friends staying in US so that you can claim for rebate. We are talking about US$500 rebate.

I know of a dude in Clubsnap who has asked one of his colleagues to buy the brand new Nikon D2H at only S$3,000 in the US when Singapore was still selling at $5,000+++ at that point of time. He was laughing his way how cheap / good deal he got compared to Singapore.

Singapore is just not the right to buy if you want good price.

i think USM has anwsered your qns...
besides US, there are other places to get cheaper sets as well. eg HK

if WoLoh can get it at SGD$5500 and below many people will save the hassle to buy overseas.

ok then i suggest bro franco to fly to HK or US ? since US is already a confirm source then those people who want to buy split out the charge then pay him accordingly ? and that is for people who willing to pay it and buy from oversea with ZERO warrenty cover ... at lease get it here still under cover by warrenty from the reliable shop . Does buying 20D from AP/CP/TCW the same as buying fr HN/Courts?
I mean will there be freebies like the 1GB CF card etc?

i brought me Lexar 80x 1GB at $140 , heard can get cheaper but i got it at a rush .... so after some calculation i dont think courts has any gd deals imho

only when he study over there last year...too bad he had finish his study liao...
