My 1d + 70-200 + 550EX always stays on my optec strap. No problems ever beyond the fact that optec neoprene is rather bouncy. Heard the leica one is better. That said, it works fine. The optec strap gives me the option of having a shorter strap when i don't wanna sling it on my shoulder. Lets me use my 1d as a handbag!

I actually use the Martin strap (the one that straps around the palm).. It's better for me since it allows me to carry my camera and walk.. Quick draw... =)

Finally got my op-tech strap and seems to absorb lots of sweat from my neck. BTW, how do you guys clean it after used?
    1. Washing machine wash
    2. Hand wash
    3. Wipe with a wet cloth
