Is Oylmpus charger BU200 good enough?

Its the charger that came free with my UZ700 purchase months ago. Is it timer based or peak detection type?
Should i buy a better one or just stick with it. I don't mind spending a bit of money to buy a better one, but at the same time don't want to spend uneccesary money.

it costs $70. It's a time-based + heat based charger I think... haha...
