Most ppl who own such diver watches wouldn't take a dip even in the swimming pool

Wise words, I m guilty of it, non swimmer here.
But I m a rough user, being a daily wearing watch I m not expecting it to remain pristine for long

Only discover this when I saw a same watch with box online.
Will the wrong box affect the resale value?

Any watch expert or 2nd dealer can advise.
    Thanks a lot in advance.
Thanks for the reminder to check the box.

This is like buying Nikon inside a Canon box.

Or worse it comes with a Pentax camera strap.

Years ago I too considered buying a Panerai Submersible for daily wear.
However I realized that due to its popularity the watch is getting too common and flashy.
Instead I purchased a more subtle and least common watch the 'Ploprof 1200', its still on my wrist now.
Yeah, got the 00441. Its ceramic so not as flashy as the steel ones. Its my daily beater for now. Interesting that you mention that Panerai being common. Before I bought mine, I see them everywhere. After I bought mine, I hardly see anybody wearing them anymore. Strange.

Johor Premier Outlet has Heritage Blue Chronograph & Black Bay (seems plenty of stock) in shop selling Seiko, Mido, etc. Sorry no Vacheron Constantin or Patek Philiippe there.
