    Default Toys and Figurines

Starting a thread to post a few "fun" shots I've made. C&C welcome

    "Heart"

    Heart by gprana, on Flickr
Was a toy photography experiment using light painting and off-camera flash (+ some colourful LED lights)

    "Elephants"

    Elephants by gprana, on Flickr
Experimenting with items with reflective surface. Turns out some parts are overexposed. Must be more careful next time.

    "Princess And The Frog"

Princess And The Frog by gprana, on Flickr
Found a small frog figurine at home among a bunch of other figurines and small souvenirs... Decided to use it and a larger kimmidoll (compared to the one used for "Heart") to create this scene

Trying to make use of small LED light I bought to complement the off-camera flash + flashbender combo.

Figures + dice on glass table, flash + flashbender (which was used as snoot) placed below the dice

Recently bought a Mazinger Z toy, love the material, articulation and changeable hands...

"Kids, I'm going to tell you an incredible story. The story of... how I met your mother"
"Are we being punished for something?"
    "No"
"Yeah, is it going to take a while?"
"Yes. Thirty five years ago, before I was Vader..."

Thank you In retrospect, probably should've reduced the yellow & green saturation though

    Awesome collection and shots!
What I really missed most, is my first SLR. An Olympus OM2 with the Zuiko 35mm f/1.4, back in 1982!
