Just wondering, anyone tried those desktop dust suckers from Sim Lim? Wondering if it works better since it doesn't touch the CCD,and at least 10X cheaper.

although I have not bought it, but I think it might not be strong enuff to suck anything.. usb powered is too weak..

Those USB powered stuff are kinda weak... Not even useful for cleaning keyboards..
You'd have better luck with a blower.. You could try a bicycle pump but don't stick it into the cavity.. Just use it from outside the mount and blowing in. |

blower more power than vaccum.. i normally use it to clean my PC.. super effective!

just a thought... maybe u can on the sucker on the side, den use a blower to blow the CCD, blow & suck.. best of both world...

hey we use the same mouse-pad's!!! the BARRACUDA [LITE]!!!!!! haha :P mine's in hmm purple-pink though. haha
