We will be going to the zoo for lunch only.

There are so many things to shoot at MOG, so no point going to the zoo to shoot liao. Don't over work yourself.

Yea...after a whole morning at MOG, I doubt anyone would have the energy to go to the zoo, especially those carrying heavy teles...

Any equipment can do...I've used the 18-55mm kit lens as a macro lens before, works fine...or hopefully someone in the group will have extension tubes that you can borrow..

Brother, your gear is more than sufficient. You can use your 70-200 or 28-300 to capture the Sunbirds.

Are you into Macro? If not, then don't waste your money buying a Macro lens. You can use extension tube on your 70-200 to shoot Macro. Too bad your 70-200 is not the f2.8 version, otherwise you can try my 500D filter (i.e. 77mm thread size) for Macro. You will be impressed by it.

Post the shot that you took with the 500D filter of the flower to show its powers!

Need tripods for testing, so guys, please bring your tripods.

Aiya, bring your 70-200mm IS lah, drooling over it.

No walking required, so this time round you can bring more lenses.
